The artist offered the following remarks:

“Color is one of the purest visual expressions. Any given swatch can evoke a feeling or memory. As a designer and printmaker I am often concerned with how my audience uses color and what it means to them. I am not as interested in making a statement as I am to ask a question or prompt an interaction. These prints are meant to act as tools for the viewer as a moment to reflect, a memory to mine, or simply a pretty gradient. It’s what the viewer makes of it.“
