Highpoint’s current compensation rate is based on contact hours. Our aim is to better understand the prep time that goes into teaching a class in order to establish more equitable payment standards for teaching artists. We ask that you please share your estimated number of prep hours with us so we can gather data to help inform our teaching artist compensation moving forward.

Sample Photos and Headshot (2-4 photos)

After clicking on "submit" button, you wil be redirected to a WeTranfer page to upload your photos. Photos will be used to promote the class through Highpoint’s social media, e-newsletter, print newsletter, and the class listing on the website. Requirements: - 2-4 photos related to the proposed class. This can be a headshot and sample project—completed, full or detail shot, or in-progress. - Resolution: minimum 72 DPI RGB, ideally 300 DPI - Dimensions: minimum of 1000 pixels wide - Preferred dimensions: square (1000 x 1000 or larger) - File format: jpg or png - Naming convention: firstnamelastname_classtitle_spring2024.jpg We recognize that providing hi-res photos can be a barrier for some teaching artists, so Highpoint staff are available to document sample artwork and take your headshot.
